Some have worked with architects who have planned the space but not specified the interior finishes or furnishings. Others have created their own mood boards and gathered references, yet need help translating those ideas into a cohesive, workable scheme.
Stand-alone design services are structured to meet you at whatever stage you are in.
You may require a full interior design package.
Or you may need support with one specific layer - space planning, material and colour direction, furniture and accessories specification, lighting design or kitchen and bathroom detailing.
Each service can be commissioned independently or layered together to form a complete design process.
This structure allows you to access professional design input precisely where it is needed - without commissioning unnecessary stages - while maintaining a coherent and considered result.

This service establishes a cohesive material, finish and colour scheme for a defined space or level of a property. It provides clear visual direction and tonal balance to guide all future design decisions before purchasing or implementation begins.
From £950 per defined scope
Includes:
• Design analysis questionnaire
• Review of questionnaire, photographs and existing plans (where available).
• 30-minute video briefing call to clarify priorities and scope
• Digital presentation document outlining:
- Curated colour palette
- Material and finish direction
- Surface treatments (paint, wallcoverings, specialist finishes, tiles and other hard surfaces)
- Tonal relationships and contrast
- Texture and visual balance
• Written explanation of the overall aesthetic logic and spatial cohesion
This service develops the tangible design layer of a space - translating an agreed layout and visual direction into a cohesive, fully considered furniture and soft furnishings scheme.
£950 per room or defined area
Includes:
• Review of design analysis questionnaire, photographs and floor plans
• 30-minute initial video consultation to confirm scope and budget parameters
• Development of a considered furniture and soft furnishings scheme, ensuring proportion, balance and spatial flow
• Curated sourcing & specification of furniture, decorative lighting, window treatments, fabrics, accessories, rugs and selected surface finishes - tailored to the scale and character of the space
• 30-minute presentation meeting
Some clients already have a resolved layout plan and visual direction in place. Where required, these can be developed through our Space Planning and Material, Finish & Colour services.
A focused layout planning service to explore and resolve spatial organisation within a room.
£475 per room or defined space
Includes:
• Review of photographs and existing plans (where available)
• 30-minute video consultation to clarify requirements
• Three alternative layout plans incorporating furniture zoning and circulation planning
• Written explanation outlining the strengths of each option
A technical lighting layout service establishing ceiling plan positioning, switching logic and circuiting strategy for a defined space.

£350 per room or defined space
Includes:
• Review of design questionnaire, photographs and existing plans
• 30-minute video consultation to clarify requirements

Lighting Design + Specification
£650 per room or defined space
Includes everything above, plus:
• Specification and sourcing of selected fittings
• Consolidated lighting schedule

A structured kitchen design service establishing a fully resolved layout and cabinetry configuration for a defined space, balancing spatial logic, functionality and budget.
Layout & Elevation Package
From £950. Fees are scaled according to size and complexity.
Includes:
• Review of design questionnaire (including budget parameters), photographs and existing plans
• 30-minute video consultation to confirm scope and budget parameters
• Fully scaled layout plan
• Key elevations illustrating cabinetry configuration and appliance positioning
• Visual Direction Board indicating material tone and overall aesthetic approach
This package provides a resolved design suitable for pricing by a chosen supplier or contractor. Detailed joinery drawings, service drawings and installation documentation are not included.
Layout, Elevation + Rendered Perspective
From £1,400
Includes everything in the Layout & Elevation Package, plus:
• One rendered perspective drawing illustrating spatial character and material relationships.
Photorealistic CGI renders available as an additional service.
A structured bathroom design service establishing a fully resolved layout, sanitaryware configuration and tile layout direction for a defined space.

From £650. Fees are scaled according to size and complexity.

• Review of design questionnaire (including budget parameters), photographs and existing plans
• 30-minute video consultation to confirm scope and budget parameters
• Fully scaled layout plan
