This Surrey family home involved a substantial reconfiguration of a large portion of the ground floor to create a series of highly practical spaces for a busy family with three active children.
At the heart of the scheme is an expansive boot room designed to bring order to the daily arrival of muddy boots, sports kit and school bags. Bespoke cabinetry provides generous storage while maintaining a calm, tailored aesthetic.
A wall of antiqued mirrored doors - inspired by a similar feature previously created for our Kensington project - forms the centrepiece of the space. The mirrored panels reflect light throughout the room while discreetly concealing extensive storage and a hidden door leading to a guest WC beyond.
The project also included the design of adjoining utility and storage areas, together with upgrades to the kitchen and pool house, creating a sequence of practical spaces that support the rhythms of family life while maintaining a cohesive interior language throughout the home.
